Small businesses in the construction, environmental, A/E and related trades have significant opportunities both with private and public-sector projects. The sessions in this segment will focus on identifying good business opportunities, understanding contract requirements/obligations and capacity building strategies. 

TRACK B - BUILDING SALES & CAPACITY (Serenity Room)
Businesses not only need a plan and a strategy - they also need to understand their strengths, weaknesses and limitations. The sessions in this segment will focus on how to identify and target "good" private and public-sector business opportunities, locate and develop mentors and teaming partners and develop capacity building strategies.

With the scale of the Foxconn project comes tremendous opportunity. Learn more about how your business can participate with updates on capacity building resources, including the WHEDA loan guarantee, workforce training initiatives, and the supplier readiness program.
