Exhibitor Pricing

• $250 Minority, Woman or Veteran-Owned Businesses
• $250 Nonprofit and Government Agencies
• $400 Corporate and other Exhibitors
Exhibit booths with 120VAC are included with all Sponsorships

Electrical is $75 additional cost option at time of online registration.

Exhibitor Package Includes

• One 10' x 10' exhibit booth with 8' draped table and two chairs
  Dec. 14th 9 AM - 11:30 AM, 1:30 PM - 4:00 PM
• Two attendees on both Dec. 13 and 14
   Dec. 13 Evening Reception
   Dec. 14 Breakfast and Governor's Awards Luncheon
• Deadline for additional Expo orders for additional furniture, exhibit stands, etc. is Dec. 4th.

Exhibitor Check in / Registration Dec. 12 and 13

Upon arriving at Potawatomi, please proceed to the registration counters located in the Tribal Room Rotunda. Once you have your badge and booth assignment you may access the expo hall for setup.

Exhibitor Move-In

Wednesday, Dec 12: 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
If require Dec 13 move-in prior to the 7:30 am breakfast program, please contact expo coordinator.

Exhibitor Move-Out

Thursday, Dec 13 from 4:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m.

Expo Hours

Thu.Dec. 13 Expo Hall opens after breakfast program
9:00 to 11:30 a.m.
Expo Hall Closed During Award Luncheon Program
1:00 to 4:00 p.m.
Exhibitors should have booth staffed during Dec. 13 expo hours
Please do not disassemble your exhibit until the expo hall
is closed to attendees at 4:00 pm.

Booth Assignments:

Booth locations are assigned based on sponsorship level, commitment date and location preferences. Requests will be honored if at all possible, but cannot be guaranteed. Final exhibitor booth assignments and expo hall maps will be distributed to you during exhibitor check in on December 12, 2018. (Please understand conference management reserves the right to revise booth locations if necessary.)

Loading & Unloading:

Please use the main entrance of the venue to load and unload your exhibit materials.

Pre-shipped materials utilizing the conference decorator, will be delivered to your booth space on Wednesday December 12.

Parking:

Event parking is available in Potawatomi’s self-parking structure. After parking, take the elevator to the fourth level where you can enter the Conference Center via the skywalk. The Tribal Room with registration is on same floor straight from skywalk past escalators and ballroom entrance.
