Exhibitor Information
Booth Assignments:

Booth locations are assigned based on sponsorship level, commitment date and location preferences. Requests will be honored if at all possible, but cannot be guaranteed.  Final exhibitor booth assignments and expo hall maps will be distributed to you during exhibitor check in on October 29, 2015.  (Please understand conference management reserves the right to revise booth locations only if absolutely necessary.)

Exhibitor Check in/ Registration:

Upon arriving at Potawatomi, please proceed to the registration counters located in the Tribal Room Rotunda. Once you have your badge and booth assignment you may access the expo hall for setup.

Move in/ Move out Times

Exhibitor Move In:   Thursday October 30, 2015 8:00AM - 4:30PM                          

Show Hours:            Friday, October 30, 2015 9:00AM - 11:30PM

                                 (Expo hall closed during lunch program)

                                 Friday, October 30, 2015 1:00PM - 3:00PM

Exhibitor Move Out:  Friday, October 30, 2015 4:00PM - 6:00PM

Set-up & Teardown: 

Booth set-up is scheduled for Thursday, October 29 from 9:00am to 4:30pm

Doors open to attendees at 9:00am on Friday October 30th, though attendees have been known to arrive earlier to sneak a peek at the hall before  breakfast. A sit down breakfast will be served in the Woodland Dreams Ballroom from 7:45am until 9:00am.

Teardown begins at 4:00 PM.  Please do not disassemble your exhibit space until the expo hall is closed to attendees at 3:00 pm.

Loading & Unloading:

Please use the main entrance of the venue to load and unload your exhibit materials. 

Pre-shipped materials utilizing the conference decorator, Valley Expo & Displays, will be delivered to your booth space on  Thursday October 29.

Parking:

Event parking is available in Potawatomi’s self-parking structure. After parking, take the elevator to the fourth level where you can enter the Casino via the skywalk.
EXHIBITOR PACKAGE
INCLUDES
  • One 10' x 10' exhibit booth with 8' draped table and two chairs.
  • Two seats at the breakfast and Governor's Awards Luncheon on Oct. 30
  • All-day conference participation on both Oct. 29 and 30
     including evening reception

Electrical supply to your booth is $150 additional cost. 

Please choose this option at the time of registration. Both booth cost and electrical supply are included with event sponsorships.

Thursday, Oct. 29: 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.

Friday, Oct. 30 from 6:30 to 7:45 a.m.

Exhibitor Move-Out
Friday, Oct. 30 from 4 to 6:00 p.m.

Expo Hours
Exhibitors are expected to have at least one staff person in their booth during all expo hours on Oct.30.
9:00 to 11:30 a.m.
1:00 to 3:00 p.m.

  • Exhibitor (MBE-WBE-DVB) $250 10 ft X 10 ft exhibit booth
  • Exhibitor (Nonprofit)            $250 10 ft X 10 ft exhibit booth
  • Exhibit booths are included with all levels of sponsorship and include electricity at no additional charge
